We always start with implementing Talent Manager Basic, in which we get a grip of your internal processes and relevant master data, that is to be registered and maintained in Talent Manager.
We expand with more modules, step by step, when you’re ready for it.
Our consultants are always available and will contribute to you receiving the right knowledge about the system. The consultants ensure an effective and educational process in cooperation with you.
When you feel comfortable with Talent Manager Basic and have become ready to expand, we offer 5 optional modules.
What system is Talent Manager?
Talent Manager is a SaaS solution, that does not need any installation or maintenance of internal it resources. Our very skilled developers have created a cloud based platform, which is standard for all our customers. A standard solution means we can offer adaptions for all customers, but they are part of a larger community. There is not a single one of our customers that has the same settings, because we always choose settings in the implementation phase.
Furthermore, there are ongoing updates, just like our other solutions
– free of charge.

Talent Manager is also ready for the new EU data protection regulation – and ensures system-related compliance for all business on all markets.
Case | Integration between HR and payroll
The cooperation between HR Manager by Talentech and Zenegy consists of the automisation of data, across the systems. Zenegy is a Danish payroll system provider, with specialty within revision, book keeping and payroll.
The data is sent through our open API’s, meaning you don’t have to do anything, data will be transferred automatically.
