Concepts
Personal information is information that can be used to identify, locate or contact a person. Examples of personal information are name, telephone number and IP address. Processing of personal data involves all kinds of data handling. For example collection, analysis, registration and storage. The controller is the one who determines the purpose of processing personal data and what information is requested. It is the controller who is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable personal information law.

What kind of information do we collect?
When you register through a form or visit our website, you may be asked to provide information. Depending on the situation, we may request the following personal information:

Information from other sources
By accepting that we process your personal information, you also agree that we may get other information about you that you have provided to us on a previous occasion. Based on publicly available information, we can also enrich your registered information with additional contact information, past job information or job description. If you are a customer, we may also add additional contact information, which you have registered with us through e.g. Customer Success.

How do we use the information?
The information you provide is used for these purposes:

  • Sales and marketing activities, i.e. direct e-mail or telephone contact
  • Customer care and information about our products
  • To receive statistics and user behavior information to improve both the site and the user experience itself
  • So we can give you a more personalised experience and deliver products and other content that interests you.

  • Submit the requested material, or otherwise fulfill our obligations to submit your information

How long is the information stored?
We process personal data as long as it takes to fulfill the purpose of collecting the information. We then delete the information.

If you have an active dialogue with us, we will keep your information for 24 months from the last contact. Then we remove the information we have about you. An active dialogue is defined as interaction with Talentech ApS or representatives of Talentech ApS over the past 24 months by telephone, by e-mail, by downloading material on the website or by registering through a form.

If you have accepted the processing of your personal data in connection with your acceptance of regular emails, we will continue to process your personal data until you cancel your subscription. We then store your personal information for 24 months before deleting the information.

In the event that you are employed by a company that is our customer, we process your information within the framework of customer care. In active customer relationships, we process your information until

  • You leave your position in the company.
  • Or the company no longer has an active customer relationship with us. When a customer relationship ends, the conditions for storing and processing information are subject to the same terms as described in the previous sections. If you terminate your employment with the company, you are responsible for telling us so that we may delete your information.

Who can share the information with?
The information provided will be available to a limited number of employees in the company, from the marketing department, customer success, sales or in sales development.

We share some information with third-parties
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If there is an ongoing sales or customer dialogue between you, us and our affiliates, we will share information such as:

  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • Your workplace
  • If we have gathered your information in connection with an event with a third party, we may transfer the same categories of personal data as described above, as well as responses to any additional forms or questions.

Where is the information stored?

Data transfer made to a third-country server follows the rules for secure data transfer within the framework of the EU Privacy Policy (GDPR) under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. More information about the Privacy Shield Frameworks can be found on this page: https://www.privacyshield.gov

You have the right to know what information we have
As of May 25, 2018, the Data Protection Act has come into force. You have the right to receive information about what information we have about you. You may also require us to correct incorrect information or delete your information. You also have the right to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we will remove the information we have. Please note that deleting the information can affect the delivery of information within the context of the customer relationship and affect the ongoing dialogues.
