Our history

HR Manager was founded in 2003 – by specialists within HR and recruitment. Since then, the company has enjoyed a steady growth, and is now well established with an AAA ranking from Dun & Bradstreet. HR Manager is among the leading suppliers of modern recruitment systems in Scandanavia. The head office is located in Oslo, but we are also present in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Baltics and India. In addition, we have several partner companies world wide. Talent Recruiter has users in more than 50 countries in all continents. In the Nordic countries, we have more than 400 customers, national and international, in both public and private sector. In 2010, HR Manager was listed on Deloitte Technology Fast50 in Norway and Fast500 EMEA.

Our experience and expertise

Prior to establishing HR Manager, the founders established Scandinavia’s largest search company within the ICT sector (Target Executive Search/Head Executive Search). With decades of experience within HR and recruitment consulting, the founders had first hand experience and knowledge about creating easier, less time-consuming and more professional recruitment processes. The result was solutions with an intuitive and user-friendly design that makes it very easy for the HR professionals to learn and master them in no time.
