History

HR Manager was founded in March 2003. Since then, HR Manager, has enjoyed a rapid growth. Our flag product Talent Recruiter is currently used by more than 300 companies in 50 countries within various industries. With head office in Norway and sub offices in Sweden and Denmark, HR Manager also has offices in Finland, Poland, Germany, Spain and the UK through our partner program. In 2010, HR Manager was listed on Deloitte Technology Fast50 in Norway and Fast500 EMEA!

Experience

Prior to establishing HR Manager, the founders had built up Scandinavia’s largest search company within the ICT sector (Target Executive Search / Head Executive Search). With decades of experience in HR and recruitment consulting, the founders had the first hand experience and knowledge about creating easier, less time-consuming and more professional recruitment processes. The result became solutions with intuitive and user-friendly design that makes it very easy for the HR professionals to learn and master them in no time.
