GDF SUEZ E&P Norge is a wholly-owned affiliate of GDF SUEZ, and has been operating in Norway since 2001. The company develop, produce and transport oil and gas on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Upon request we have offered Médecins Sans Frontières to use our solution for free.

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid in more than 70 countries to people affected by armed conflict; epidemics; natural or man-made disasters; or exclusion from health care.

Staff changes in HR Manager

HR Manager has hired Thomas M. Andresen as VP of Product Development to strengthen the management capacity within development and delivery management of HR-Manager's software and services. Thomas has previously held various management positions with software and HR businesses operating in Norway and the Nordics.

Thomas has a rare combination of experience with HR, technology and management. His background will benefit our customers with his understanding of customer needs within the subject area, technological possibilities and challenges, as well as management capacity, which will add significantly to HR Manager AS' delivery capability , says Lars Chr. Ringdal.
 
HR Manager AS has an exciting and unique product offering. As I have a passion for both HR and technology, and combining these two, it is especially rewarding to work for further enabling HR-departments to focus on strategic tasks rather! than trivial transactional work, says Thomas M. Andresen. 
 
One of Mr. Andresen's first major tasks in the way forward will be to integrate and utilise HR Manager's newly established development team in India. Established to reinforce HR Manager's software development effort, it is a major boost to our software development capacity. The Indian development team has spent some months in Norway together with the Norwegian development team to establish a good cooperation spirit.

We are proud to present our new member of the board, Mr. Håkon Teien. Mr.
Teien has extensive international HR experience. For the past decade he has hold senior HR positions within Hewlett-Packard (HP), working as HR Director for Northern Europe and later as HR Director for Singapore and South East Asia. Recruitment project with anonymous applications

HR Manager is proud to be selected as a partner on a project which investigates the ability to conduct efficient recruitment processes with anonymous applications, an area that is highly prioritized within EU. The project is on-going through 2007 in cooperation with Forsäkringskassan in Sweden with support from the Swedish government.
 
 

eRecruitment contributes to positive employer branding

In a recent survey amongst our clients, 83 % of the respondents said “appear as a more modern organization” to the question “In what ways has eRecruitment made the recruitment process more efficient?”

This confirms our belief that professional candidate management plays a major role in positive employer branding; in addition to a company-specific career portal, candidates that submit an application via eRecruitment automatically receive a “thank your for your application”- email.
